Description

"Our survival as a species depends on our ability to recognize that our well-being & the well-being of others is one and the same" Marshall Rosenberg (Founder of Non-violent communication)

This episode is an on-the-go prologue for this podcast with my dear spirit brother Ben Reid-Howells. Recorded while riding a Toronto street car on the eve of my departure south, we speak to our experiences adventuring with a purpose and returning home to connected it back with communities.

and in my case; journeying onwards to witness wild wisdom across Central & South America.

I want to honor the ancestors of Turtle Island for their deep living wisdom and melodies, some of which you'll hear me play on the flute (I learned these melodies in Europe interestingly enough)

The outro music is spliced audio from a celebration honoring the work and solidarity of refugees, greeks of lesvos and a few of us international volunteers during the Vasudhaiva Ride series of projects: Visit www.vasudhaivaride.com for more stories from those inspiring projects.
