Welcome! Today's episode is with Orangetheory Fitness Asheville (OTF), on Hendersonville Rd, in South Asheville. OTF is a super fun challenging workout that uses heart rate, science based training to push you to get the most effective workout. It’s a combination of strength training & cardio using treadmills and rowers. There is a new workout every day, pumping music, and amazing coaches to push and encourage you!

Today you get to hear two different inspiring sweat stories that led both Megan and Cori to OTF! How Megan needed something to challenge & push her, because going to the gym to ‘do cardio’ just wasn’t cutting it or fun for her (or most of us:)! How Cori is a mom of two and was struggling to lose the baby weight after baby number two - like going the opposite way and still gaining weight, until one day she decided enough was enough. Cori found fitness, lost 40lbs, and now shares her journey to push others as a trainer! Hear all that and more - enjoy!
