Welcome! Have you been curious to know what Pure Barre actually is - how and what does barre mean?! I know I did before I went!

Pure Barre workouts help you find balance and strength with small movements that make even bigger results. PB focuses on isolated muscle movements to hone in on specific muscles, with an overall total body workout by the time you are done! And we bust that myth that it is dance related - or that you need to have dance experience! This is a workout for any and everybody - male, female, young, old, and all body types.

Today you get to hear the NEW Owner and Teacher, Hannah Fleishman’s, sweat story of how she found Pure Barre and actually didn’t like her first class, but she kept going because of the community and curiosity. Within a few classes she was hooked and the rest is history as she grew from working the front desk, to teaching, to managing and now owning her own studio! Enjoy!
