Episode 22: Embracing the B+ This is the first of many Quick bite episodes to come! Embracing the B+ is all about allowing yourself to not be perfect and do everything at 100%, but to allow yourself to plan things and to make options that will work with what life gives you! If that is a 20 minute walk instead of a full 50 minute workout then embrace the opportunity to still do that!
