There is something significant about 90 day commitment. It’s long enough to be hard and short enough to be achievable. On this episode, I share with you what’s been happening after thirty mins to an hour and a half of meditation every single day for over 90 days. Things are getting profound, and hard to explain. Not that I am in any different place, financially, professionally, or geographically. I am just getting glimpses at what gratitude, love, compassion, and acceptance really feels like.
