This week, we start a five-week series on the areas of wellness! This week, we focus on the physical-- the cons of placing too much emphasis and the cons of not placing enough emphasis. As always, we'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject!

Hanna's dad's steak recipe: sear steak in skillet for 2 minutes on each side, move steak to different pan and bake at 350 til medium rare (around 7-9 minutes), in skillet (same skillet as before! do not wash!), add one chopped onion (don't chop into little squares, chop it so it's like thin strips of onion)+ two cloves of garlic (minced) and cook on medium til onions are translucent. add beef broth and a liiiittttle (or a lot) red wine and simmer until sauce reduces and starts to thicken. once sauce thickens, remove from heat and add 1-2 tbsp butter. mix it up, remove steak from oven, pour sauce allllll over da steaks, and ENJOY!
