Description

Yesterday I started talking about the things I "need" in my life in order to stay healthy physically, mentally, & spiritually - so today I dive into those hobbies and why I'm passionate about them. Whether it's powerlifting or doing yoga, there's a place for hobbies and energy-channeling activities in our lives. With all the unnecessary stress, there's unnecessary energy being wasted as anxiety instead of being redirected into positive growth. What do you do to burn off steam & keep yourself sane?
