This conversation centred around their running group they created called "mums who run" where they offer members personalized training plans for their goal race, weekly group long runs and weekly speed or hill training sessions.
This group is much more than another run group. Sara and Kat are focused on building a community and empower other women to live a healthier lifestyle.
