Newly signed #49ers QB, Josh Dobbs recently spoke on the Adam Schefter Podcast about why he choose to sign with the team. During that interview, QB1 Brock Purdy was brought up and Dobbs gave this thoughts on the young QB. When I saw this posted on X/Twitter, I saw a lot of people mention how Dobbs praised Purdy...but I felt it was more of a backhanded compliment..saying it almost tongue-and-cheek.
I want to know your thoughts....how did you take it? Am I accurate and you feel the same way or am I just trippin? It might be because Purdy never seems to get the respect he deservers so I'm looking at it jaded. LET ME KNOW!
