This week we are joined again by @i_am_lom to discuss another important topic. 

We looked at some of the different nutritional approaches that are commonly used in the fitness industry. 

Should you track calories? Or follow a meal plan? What's better? 

You will hear a lot of conflicting information online about this. 

'Nobody should follow a meal plan...'

'Tracking calories is too obsessive... '

We thought it would be really valuable to break these down in more detail to give you a better insight into each approach. 

This was a really interesting and enjoyable conversation.
