Do you want to know where you lose a lot of your energy during the day? You donβt do much but you feel exhausted. I can only guess. But ask yourself the following questions: When you are together with other people, for example at work, with your partner, your family, or with your friends, do you concentrate first on their emotions, moods, or needs? Are you adapting your feelings or thoughts to theirs? Do you feel like losing yourself while being together with others? Is it easier for you to concentrate on others than to ask yourself: What do I need right now? Are your sensors turned on with the focus on your surrounding?
