Ekaterina Kamenskaya has a PhD and was a successful Lead Engineer at Google in the recent past. In addition to her job, she led the company's education and Diversity & Inclusion communities. She taught hard and soft skills courses for Googlers, such as Search Inside Yourself.
Ekaterina is also a certified coach and conscious dance teacher and has explored many modalities of personal development and psychology. Today, she helps to increase well-being and fulfilment through online and in-person workshops in Switzerland and worldwide. She creates space and tools for deep self-awareness, authentic connection, and creative self-expression. She is currently exploring performance art and practicing physical theatre to further enhance her approaches.
