Amy Winehouse is so easy to go back to, time and time again. Geoffrey and Caitlin examine this album full of grief, anger, sass, and Amy’s sense of humor (of course she would close a breakup album with a song about a friend’s boyfriend stealing her marijuana). A classic album that defined the mid-00s, Back to Black is Amy’s haunting signature that she leaves us with long after her early demise, each track an eerie insight into her mindset and her mourning.
