I began this episode by giving my thoughts on the MLB All-Star game. Still undecided on whether I want Juan Soto to stay or go. The Nats are trash with or without Soto. The Caps got a new goalie. The Wizards summer league team was fun to watch. Don't overreact about Johnny Davis just yet. The NBA offseason is still making headlines. The Nationals lead the Golden L standings during their miserable July. At the end I tell people to affirm their greatness and embrace themselves.
