Kemp Boyd, the Executive Director of Love Akron, was the guest speaker for our May 15th Rise and Shine Breakfast Series.
Kemp engaged, convicted, and encouraged all of the men in attendance. Kemp shared his answers to two questions given to those in attendance: 1.) "How have you been challenged?"
2.) "What excites or motivates you for the future?"
He shared with the men about the book he is reading "In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day". This book, by Mark Batterson, is based on 2 Samuel 23:20.
Kemp ended his breakfast message with his question "What lions are you running from that you should be chasing?"
