Description

"It's kinda the first time where people don't really have the high school distractions at home distractions. That's when, all of these feelings started coming up and all of these previous emotions started coming up and I realized I don't have any of the tools for this. I don't know how to deal with any of this."

Harry Potvin is the host of the podcast The Mental Corner, a former swim team captain at the University of Guelph. His struggles with mental health started long before university though, they actually started back in elementary school. Harry is doing amazing things with his show which you can check out on all streaming platforms and also can get the video versions over on YouTube. He opens up and gets very vulnerable in this episode with myself, where we will tackle many great conversations. He is not shy to talk about any of it today, we need to normalize us men having these conversations. END THE STIGMA AROUND MENTAL HEALTH.
