"I was doing really well professionally, but I was doing equally as terrible personally. And I remember at 27, collecting an award with the Denver business journal for the top 30, under 30 for engineering that year. And while I'm going up to collect this award, I had this ankle monitor taped up my leg because you could see it. If I was wearing a skirt and I was wearing slacks and you could still see it come up from the slack. So I had to tape it up my leg and it's because I was sleeping in jail that night, I was on work release and no one knew just how bad things were getting."
Noelle is such a strong willed woman, who has overcome a lot in life. She played college sports, and was very athletic! But she filled her time with drinking through her 20's. She was working a job that paid her very well, but on the inside she was hurting, hiding this all from the friends, family and people that cared the most about her. It all came to a screeching halt when she collected her 3rd DUI in the state Colorado before she was 30. That is unheard of, as the state laws are very strict there. She is now all about giving back in the community, and helping other woman through sobriety.
