"He was a professional drummer most of his life. And so hence the name "Sticky" is what he called himself professionally to reference the drumsticks. Sadly my dad suffered with addiction to alcohol for most of his 69 years. And that is what eventually took his life unexpectedly. However, on December 23rd, 2020, we found out that he was gone."
Chelsea Pegues lost her dad, Eddie, in December 2020. Two days before Christmas, Eddie succumbed to his lifelong battle with alcoholism. Now, Chelsea has started The Stiicky Eddie Podcast as a safe space to discuss addiction from an outsider's perspective; in an effort to help dissolve stigma and foster empathy and education.
