In this latest episode I am joined by Sarah Spiers who is a graduate of Washington State University, she has been clean and sober for over 10 years now, she has experienced more than most do in a lifetime with the trauma she has been through. She digs deep into the work she is doing to change the child sex laws in the USA right now. Also a huge advocate for the change in the laws around safe injection sites, plus being a new mother and balancing life around her son.
