On today's episode I have Irish born musician Ailin Kennedy on. She is 32 years old, and born and raised in Ireland, she struggled with substance use through university and into her 20's. She was diagnosed at age 32 with ADHD, and is now a advocate and ADHD coach helping others with their struggles with their ADHD.
