Carmen Garcia from the USA is a huge mental health advocate, she volunteers with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) She survived a suicide attempt in September 2021 and has been through a lot of treatment and recovery since then. She has quite the harrowing story, and you need to listen from beginning to end to get the whole thing!
