In this weeks episode I dive into a great story with former Kitchener Ranger Julian Melchiori, who was originally drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers, he went on to play with the Winnipeg Jets and their AHL affiliate, along with several other AHL teams. He was a mainstay within the AHL over the last few years. This past summer he signed with a team in the KHL to make the jump over there.
He shares his struggles with anxiety through his earlier days going through junior hockey. He shares his views on how to work hard and get the best out of yourself.
