In this episode I sit down and have a great conversation with Canadian author Jen Gileno! She hails from a small town by the name of Georgetown, Ontario.
In this episode she shares lots about her story especially what it was like living with a narcissistic mother, who tried to ruin her life on many occasions. She finally built up enough courage after years of emotional and mental abuse, that she finally said good bye to her for good.
She then went on to write a book titled, "Finding Happiness", in this book she explains her story and wrote in hopes of helping other people going through similar situations such as herself.
