I once too was held by boundaries from limited beliefs systems, mother and father wounds, childhood traumas, shame and guilt, feeling unloveable and truly deeply not loving myself, and now I can’t wait to help you and show you how you break free from these programs and get back to that wonderful, perfect, divine soul that you came here to be.
For the last 10 years I have dived deep to recognize the pain in my soul, to remove anything that was not necessary, endless amounts of courses, endless amounts of books, therapy, counsellors.
I want to take all of this information and all of the teachings and share it in the way that I found most beneficial for my being.
Bits and pieces of every type of healing out there, bringing it together and creating a practice of release and soul embodiment.
No more pain no more guilt no more shame no more living for somebody else, let’s get high on life, abundant, free, and a space where you can fully love yourself and attract the life you desire to live!!
