In this episode I sit down with community advocate for Voices Against Bullying Emerson Edwards!
We chat about how he was bullied starting at a young age and happened for many years afterwards. He is now a voice for others in the fight against bullying! He tells his story about surviving a suicide attempt while trying to jump of the edge of the escarpment. He struggles with mental health related issues like many others, but the one thing that he does do is talk about what is going on. Please do not think you're alone, cause you are not. It's ok to not be ok!
