In episode 59 I sit down and have a great chat with the founder of Intentional Holistic Healing, Stephanie Minnick!

She is originally from New York, but now resides in North Carolina. She is a survivor of extreme childhood adversity, sexual abuse, and many other things. She comes on the show to share her story about growing up with a very abusive family, including her mom, father and brother. She was the one who basically helped raise her younger sister as you will find out when you listen to this episode!
She shares somethings for the first time about the death of her brother, as she believes he committed suicide when he crashed his car into a dump truck carrying 50,000lbs of rock!
She started her business to help other woman overcome similar things she had gone through as a child and in her toxic relationships! She also loves speaking to the youth, to let them know it's ok to speak out about the abuse that they've gone through.
She is a voice for the voiceless in the court systems in the state she lives in, advocating for children that have gone through the same types of things she went through as a child!
We also dive into the flawed systems within her country, and how she is pushing for changes. Talk about the struggles with her own mental health through this pandemic and how it has really affected her, which really pushed her to start the business she did!
