Listen

Description

She comes from a long line of high-achievers — a family that values training, education, achievement, and top performance.

As a competitive swimmer for 17 years, she internalized a strong work ethic and the value of focused discipline. Working as a professional model, she was challenged to develop new tools for strengthening her self-confidence and sense of self-worth. And as a broadcast journalist and international TV personality, she experienced what it took to perform at the highest level at all times and to be an exceptional team player.

Along the way, she (an extrovert) discovered the value of turning inward. She studied mindfulness practices and became a passionate advocate of their benefits for both brain and body health. (You’ll find her meditations and courses on top-rated app Insight Timer and offered as a companion to her first book, The Full Spirit Workout.)

She's received certifications from Yale University’s Science of Well-Being program, to help herself and her clients build more productive habits, and from Stanford University’s Love as a Force for Social Justice program to help her more deeply understand the human heart.

When she turned her attention to coaching, she sought out the best available programs. She earned coaching certifications through the International Coaching Federation and graduated at the highest level from Columbia University's executive and organizational 3CP coaching program. In addition to her advanced coaching certifications, She's a licensed NBI® consultant, trained in helping clients assess their thinking preferences to leverage insights for creativity, innovation, and communication strategies in all areas of life.

Today, as a coach, public speaker, and author, she draws from her multifaceted background to help others develop a strong inner core, giving them the resilience to handle life’s obstacles and upheavals, and the courage to create the fun and fulfilling life that is their birthright.
