We are back today with a quickie but fiery episode from me. Today, we talk about mindset matters. Yes, discernment matters, who you surround yourself with matters, and what you consume - energetically, physically, and emotionally - matters. The power of mindset and energetic frequency is what has helped me manifest the life that I have currently. It is what has helped me stand strong in my truth and share my message boldly and take a stand for what I believe in.
Today's episode talk about the healing cycles we experience, and how we can release patterns, and energetic cycles and upgrade our frequency when we surround ourselves with conscious and elevated people. The last two years have been full of division when really, the frequency should have always been love, kindness, and sovereignty. Your mind and heart are powerful, don't ever lert anyone tell you what you can or cannot do, what you're capable of, and what you can accomplish. I am living proof that your entire life can change, you simply have to tune out the noise, focus on how you want to feel, and take the action in alignment with your design to get there.
