This month has been nothing but the different awakenings I have encountered in my life along with the people who have gone through the same thing as I did and have guested in my podcast. And so, to continue on with this series, for today’s episode we are talking about food awakening.
I’ve always had a struggle when it came to my weight. I was overweight and never really understood food, not until I started acupuncture school where I was given the opportunity to meet people who helped me throughout my food awakening journey. I never realized how much this old habit of mine affected my health until I started to see and feel it for myself.
Paying attention to the food I ate was one of the biggest factors that allowed me to become the best version of myself. Not only did it make me lose weight and improved physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My overall well-being started to heal.
