Description

This is the 2nd part of the Movement Revolution interview with Connor Gleadhill. 

Connor has experience in handling Tactical Strength and Conditioning as well as  Rugby League Strength and Conditioning. He explained the differences in how to manage both types of 'teams'. 

Reinforcing a consistent message to athletes in a team setting was also discussed.
