I teach people how to get things done, however, I often meet people who say they have difficult motivating themselves or that they feel stuck. The problem might be mindset related, and the wrong mindset can be a productivity killer! 🧠

I've experienced mindset challenges, I'm guessing most humans do at some point, and while it's not my area of expertise, it is something I feel I need to address because I want to help you achieve your goals and you can't do that if you're "parked".🅿️

In this episode, I discuss the limiting beliefs I've personally experienced and how I've learned to manage them. 🪢

The specific two I've struggled with are:

1) "Who do you think you are" which I feel like is especially common among women

and

2) "The only way to be successful is if you focus on one thing at a time" which is something often spouted by other productivity experts (not this one!)
