If you think vision boards are bogus, then think again! They work, and there's actually a really simple explanation of why they work so well.
In this episode we chat to Jools Tyrer about the power of visions/Mood boards. She creates one most years, or if ever she has a plan to change to life plan.
Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do it brings to life what we focus on and brings it to reality. "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualising, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe."

According to the popular book The Secret, "The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualising, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe."
Whether you believe that or not, we know that visualisation works. As Jools mentions, Olympic athletes have been usingit for years to improve performance, from runners to ice skaters. Psychology Today in one example reported that the brain patterns will activated when a weightlifter lifts heavy weights are also similarly activated when the lifter just imagined (visualised) lifting weights.
So, what's the big secret to creating a vision board that works? It's simple: Your vision/mood board should be designed on how you feel or want to feelnot just on things that you want ( although that works as well..
