Today I had the pleasure of talking to the talented Heric Rubio. Some of us might remember reading some of Heric's stories when he wrote for the IV Press, Heric studied journalism but one of his stories made him realize he was more in love with food than he was with writing. Heric left the valley to go learn how to cook, in the process he teamed up with the taco king himself Esdras Ochoa he soon found himself in Hong Kong and there he had some crazy experiences!!
