THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT. My guest today is a Calexico High Alumni, a former Marine, a mother, wife, business owner and now candidate for Calexico City Council, Mrs Diana Noricumbo. Her family moved from Salinas to Calexico when she as 12 and she's been here pretty much ever since, except for those years she was in the service. If elected Diana hopes to bring her educational background and experience as a business owner paired with her drive to make Calexico a more business friendly city to help bring in more tax revenue to the city's budget.
