Legend of the Flatwoods Monster, a being said to have appeared in Braxton County, West Virginia in 1952. Residents saw a bright object cross the sky and land on a local farm. Group of locals investigated, including a few children that reported a large, pulsating "ball of fire" and a 10 foot tall creature with a red face.
