A good agent will have knowledge of the local market, be able to spot potential issues with a property, and have a network of contacts to help with the process of getting the property ready. We also discussed that in a market like this, it’s important to listen to an agent even if they tell you things that you may not want to hear, as their objective perspective can be invaluable in making informed decisions and Simon’s definition of success in life should be measured not just in terms of financial gain, but also by considering one’s overall happiness and well-being.
