We are learning about the Chinese style of leadership from Shanghai based mentor, Founder and Leader - Mr Fisher Yu. MentoringCo is a global mentoring services provider and Mr Fisher has been in the mentoring industry for the past 11 years. He started his career as an auditor, then held different Finance Director or CFO positions in various multinational companies. He is the founder of CFO-Mentor volunteer platform which has over 10,000 CFOs around the world. He is also the deputy secretary for World Accounting Forum and has over 5000 hours of mentoring experience. Mr Fisher is also the first person to introduce European Mentoring and Coaching Council to China.
