This week we featured podcast guest Chris Delaney. Chris is an interview coach, hypnotherapist and author of 'what is your interview identity' He founded www.employmentking.co.uk to help career professionals succeed in job interviews.
At school Chris struggled with being dyslexic and having a terrible lisp. He left high school who no qualifications and ended up working in low paid and low skilled job roles. But he had a passion for helping people. After volunteering for several years and finding a new passion for self-development Chris developed a range of skills that allowed him to source high-skilled job roles, before starting his own business. Chris says 'passion and luck often create success'
