Carcassbomb is joined by Steven from Aeons Abyss (Aus death metal) and we got to talk to Schmier from the legendary German thrash band Destruction. We talked about the recent live album Born To Thrash released through Nuclear Blast, touring experiences big and small as well as a chunky political/religious discussion that gets quite personal. At some point it becomes Schmier and I yelling about the world. This is my favorite podcast conversation yet.
This was recorded prior to the Black Lives Matter movement, quite a bit before actually, so nothing here represents that but I just want to say that it is a very important movement that I hope does not lose momentum until the demands are met by the state. ACAB.
