We all know about Valmiki Ramayana, consisting of 24000 verses, expounded by sage Valmiki. There is another scholar, who has composed in just 200 verses, the seven chapters of the Ramayana that was written by sage Valmiki. This is known as Sri Ramodantam.
I have given a brief introduction about this in one of my earlier presentations. I propose to present Sri
Ramodantam in fourteen episodes-first the summary of each Kanda followed by the slokas in the next. This is the first episode dealing with the summary of Bala kandam. The recitation of the slokas will be in the next episode.
