We've been hyping it up for the past few episodes and its finally here...our Chloe Ting journey and results! From struggling through up and down planks to dreading the intro sound of her workout videos, Keely and Piper go through it all. Although the gals didn't have the most dramatic results, they agreed that it was a worthwhile experience and would use the workouts in the future if needed. Working out may not be fun, but as Piper says, its all about the progress not perfection. Hope you guys took some things out of our journey and have been inspired in some way or another by the gals!
