You SUCK at starting habits! So do we. Turns out it's a super common thing to struggle with. This week we talk about a little "hack" that we can use to more mindfully create the habits we're after. It goes like this: Define your "entry point" to a habit. This is the first step you would take in completing a goal. Now stop, don't go any further. Focus on doing this entry point task daily until it in itself becomes a habit. Then, you'll work your way up over time. KISS (Keep it simple, stupid).
