Today's guest is Deon Conning a father and husband to Natalie. It was great talking to Deon about variety of things. Some of the key things we chatted about was being a New Zealander and now living in Australia, becoming a husband and now father and how he is dealing with isolation with a family. We also discussed the things that help create a balances lifestyle for him, like team sports, community, staying active and having a beer with mates.
It was great chatting with Deon, as he shared his experience of being a parent and the things that create purpose in his life. I feel like we all experience similar things in life and parenthood.
