Today I am talking about my Just Before Bed Journal. What is it, how it works, and how it came about. To be brief, I'll just tell you that it's everything I have ever learned from all the self-help gurus and motivational speaker practices rolled into a straightforward routine.

I find this routine so beneficial that I created this journal so that it would perfectly facilitate the method I like to practice just before bed.
