I am delighted to welcome to The Podcast, Junior from Hopfully based in County Waterford, Ireland.
Hopfully Brewing was founded in 2017 with the mission to create a series of beers that would introduce distinctive flavours and would give emerging artists a platform to showcase their work. They want to inspire collaboration among a wide variety of talented people, primarily to promote who they are and what they do, helping to facilitate the dawn of a new connected and innovative creative community.
