I am delighted to welcome to the podcast Sean from Assembly Brew Co. based in Stockport.

Assembly started life as a Bottleshop and Taproom in the Urmston suburb of Southwest Manchester in 2018. In the midst of the COVID pandemic in early 2021, they decided to double-down and launch their own Brewery in Spur Mill, Stockport.
