Hosts Mat Bradley-Tschirgi and Sabrina Miller discuss Basic Instinct 2. Dr. Michael Glass (David Morrissey) is assigned to the wily Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) after she is implicated in the murder of popular footballer Kevin Franks (Stan Collymore).
A slow sequel and a vanity project, Basic Instinct 2 is hampered by its mostly boring cast. Sharon Stone is having a blast reprising her most famous role, but nobody else seems in on the fun. Plans for a third film about a Sharon Stone directed entry where Catherine Tramell mentors a younger murderess were scuttled in short order.
