He started his career as a war journalist with Reuters and later became the president of Reuters Middle East and the CEO or Orbit Television network. Michael is a world bank fellow and is currently the president of Cambridge Institute for Global Leadership and of Kouly Institute - A Think tank for executive learning. Michael’s philanthropic work includes being a board member and chairman of a number of regional leadership academies in Asia, the Middle East, and Eurasia. He is a global thinker, a professional speaker, advisor to boards of directors, and heads of states. Michael has trained thousands of top executives and senior officials. His purpose is to develop the leadership capacity of people so they can bring light and prosperity to themselves, their families, organizations, communities, and the world. His upcoming book is “This Is Leadership” - taking leadership back to its core.”
