Description

In this episode, Joe welcomes Joe Sclafani, who is entering his 10th season with the Toronto Blue Jays and fourth as Director of Player Development. A former Houston Astros prospect, Sclafani played four years in their system, winning a Triple-A national championship in 2015 and representing Team USA at the Premier 12 tournament. A Dartmouth Hall of Famer, he now oversees the Blue Jays’ player development system, guiding the growth and pathways of athletes across the Minor League organization.
