Red Christmas Cocktail:

1.5 ounces gin ⁠⁠(Caskers)⁠⁠⁠

3 oz 100% cranberry juice, (unsweetened) 

1 oz lime juice

1/2 oz orange juice

1/4 oz maple syrup, (or simple syrup)

Splash of soda water, (optional for a little fizz)

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Top with a splash of soda water (optional).
4. Garnish with a cranberry and a sprig of rosemary (optional).
